| If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase you make from CycloneTaylor.com, you can return it to us. Before returning it though we ask you to read our RETURN POLICY. | |
| RETURN POLICY
We will not authorize the return of any merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event that you need to return part of your order, please call for a return authorization number. No goods will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on the exterior packaging of the return. Please ensure all packages being returned for refund or exchange are clearly marked "GOODS PURCHASED IN CANADA BEING RETURNED". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain items. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept a used item as a return. On all orders where free shipping is included, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. In the event of an exchange, the exchanged item will not have free shipping. All returns must be shipped via ground and prepaid using the USA Post Office. Returns shipped by UPS or any other means may be refused.
